This week ateb are delighted to have added another 3 properties under our management, taking us past 3,000 affordable to let homes across Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion.
ateb was founded in 1981 as Pembrokeshire Housing and changed its name to ateb in 2018 with the aspiration of further improving our existing services and creating better living solutions for the people and communities of West Wales.
Over the past three years we have built hundreds of new homes in locations across West Wales and our Chief Executive Nick Hampshire sums it up perfectly;
“This is a great achievement for ateb and great news for the new ateb customers who will make our 3,000th property their own home. ateb achieved this milestone through hard work from our teams, contractors and consultant partners and the support of Pembrokeshire County Council and the Welsh Government.”
“Whether our 3,000th home or our first, we will always aim to offer a great service and support to all the customers and the communities we serve. 3,000 homes is a great start but we need to do more, there is still high demand for affordable homes to rent across West Wales and particularly in growing areas such as Haverfordwest, therefore we will continue to invest in new homes and the services that support those homes throughout West Wales.”
“In a very disrupted world the sight of our 3,000th home gives us all a boost and desire to carry on making a difference.”
Three Meadows in Haverfordwest is one of several developments taking place this year. For more information please check out our latest developments page or if you are looking for an affordable rented home then please visit the Choice Homes website.
