Our local communities are important to us and we want to invest in it.
We have supported a number of work experience & volunteering placements ranging from student day release, local employment schemes, school work experience, MOD resettlement schemes, and individuals wishing to acquire new skills and experience.
Do you have a few hours to spare each week? You can make a difference in your community by helping to support our tenants living at ateb Supported Housing Schemes.
If you are working towards your Duke of Edinburgh award, ateb can help you fulfil your volunteering activities. Either contact your local Duke of Edinburgh leader or contact us directly. “Volunteering is obviously a key part of completing the DofE, but it is also a good way to gain confidence in yourself when meeting new people. By volunteering with an organisation like ateb it means that your volunteering means something to the community. The scheme will let you give something back to your local community while letting you complete your DofE volunteering with ease.” — DofE participant, 2018.
