We are aware that Covid-19 has had a big effect on you, as our customers over the last year. We have worked hard to ensure that services continued wherever possible and introduced support packages aimed at supporting the welfare and wellbeing of our customers.

Your patience and understanding through this difficult time has been invaluable and we would like to say a thank you in the form of a £10 voucher.

Vouchers Terms & Conditions
  • Vouchers are limited to one per ateb household (customers in supported living managed by external support providers other than ateb are not eligible for this voucher).
  • Applications for the ateb Thank You Voucher Scheme will close at midday on Wednesday 7th July 2021. We are aiming to deliver vouchers by mid-July.
  • Customers who moved into their home after 1st April 2021 are not eligible for the ateb Thank You Voucher Scheme.
  • ateb team members are excluded from the ateb Thank You Voucher Scheme.
  • All vouchers are given out at ateb’s discretion.

Q: Why do you need my Date of Birth (D.O.B) and National Insurance (NI) number?

  • We need a way of confirming your identity and will cross check the D.O.B & NI details you provide with the information we already hold on your account.

Q: Why are you asking questions on Ethnic Group, Nationality, Gender Identity, Disabilities, Sexual Orientation and Religious Beliefs?

  • These are known as protected characteristics and we gather this information to help make sure our policies, practices and activities are fair and do not disproportionately affect different groups.
  • You are not required to complete this information to get your £10 voucher.

Q: What will you do with the information on this form?

  • We will use your contact information (phone number and e-mail address) to update your details on your ateb account (if the information has changed) and then to contact you in future about tenancy matters.
  • We will use your Date of Birth and National Insurance details to confirm your identity against the details we already hold on your account. We will update your account with your National Insurance number if we do not hold this information already and may get in touch to verify your details.
  • You are not required to provide your National Insurance Number to get your £10 voucher.
  • We will use the Protected Characteristics information gathered to create statistics on our customer base, to help us improve our services, policies, practices and activities. This information will be held in line with GDPR and the Data Protection Act.
  • You are not required to complete the Protected Characteristics to get your £10 voucher.
