Over the next 12 months we will be testing over 600 ateb homes for Radon.

What is it?

Radon is a colourless, odourless radioactive gas that occurs naturally in soil and rocks. If levels are high it can be a major contributor to lung cancer and cause other health issues. As your landlord we have a responsibility under our Duty of Care and the Housing Act, and will test your home at least every 10 years.

Over the next few months we will be writing to some of our customers to let you know we need to test your home. Following the letter you will then get a phone call from RPW Radon Wales to arrange a convenient time to visit and install the Radon testing unit.
