We are now only able to carry out plumbing and heating emergencies & heating servicing appointments due to Covid disruptions and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Covid-19 is causing staff shortages across all sectors and unfortunately our teams are being affected too.

We are working hard to contact customers and will be in touch as soon as we can to move appointments to the new year.

Emergency repairs are issues that pose a risk to life or the structure of your home, for example: burst pipes, blocked drains or no heating or hot water. You can still report your emergency repair in the same way by calling us on 0800 854 568.

If you are expecting your boiler and heating to be serviced and safety checked, your appointment is still going ahead. If we do have to contact you and cancel due to engineer capacity, we will re-arrange your appointment at the next available time slot convenient for you.
