Customer satisfaction survey results are in…

All social landlords in Wales (Housing Associations and Local Authorities) are required to undertake a standardised tenant satisfaction survey at least every 2 years.

ateb carried out the survey between November 2021 and February 2022, sending the survey to all customers where we had email contact details for them. Many of the ateb team also asked customers directly when they spoke, either in person or on the telephone.

We had an incredible response with 34% to 40% of all ateb customers responding (we had a slightly different number of customers responding to each question), and we would like to say a big thank you to all of you who took the time to participate in the survey.
