Mark Lewis, Head of Customer would like to thank everyone who attended this year’s Big Customer Events in May and June.
Conferences were held in Letterston, Burton, Milford Haven and De Clare Court Haverfordwest.
Mark said
“All of the team who attended, including myself thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to listen to your views and understand your priorities for the next three years at ateb.
We have now had an opportunity to review all the feedback received and understand those improvements that you would like to see us make as an organization.
We have prioritized those actions into our Directorate Improvement Plan and will be focusing on the delivery of them over the next three years”.

We plan on holding more customer conferences next year and hope even more customers will be able to join us.
