Due to what came out of the Star Survey of winter 2021/22, the Survey Planning Group, made up of varying staff & customers, saw the need to delve deeper into the way we communicate with our customers. So in April & May of this year, we asked customers some deeper, searching questions in a bid to improve our service to them.  This is what we found out
