Energy vouchers

20% of households with pre-payment meters have not cashed in their energy vouchers for November and December which would give them vouchers for £132 in energy costs.

When a voucher is not claimed, suppliers should make at least three attempts to reach you, by post, email and text message. Check your texts and email spam folders.

If you haven’t had a voucher then contact your energy company, give them your up to date contact details and a voucher can be reissued to you.

If you find your voucher check the date and if it has expired then contact your energy company, give them your up to date contact details and a voucher can be reissued to you.

These vouchers then need to be taken to a local PayPoint store or a Post Office to be credited onto a meter.

If you need support with getting credit on your phone to do this then let us know as we can help with getting you free mobile data.
