ateb is pleased to announce that we have made the Disability Confident Commitment which is the first step in the Disability Confident Scheme.
The scheme encourages employers to think differently about disability and take action to improve how they recruit, retain and develop disabled people.
Karen Davies and Eleanor Brick from Pembrokeshire County Council (pictured above) came along to train our line managers on what the scheme means and explain what steps they can take as managers to support disabled applicants and employees.
This work is part of our overall Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Action Plan. If you are applying for a job with us and have a disability we guarantee you an interview if you meet the essential criteria for the job.
