West Wales Care & Repair (WWCR) and ateb team members are leading on the distribution of Winter Warm Packs to households across Pembrokeshire again this year, to help people living in cold conditions and who are struggling with the increased cost of living.
The distribution of winter warm packs is part of the Keep Warm Keep Well campaign that is being led by the Pembrokeshire Community Hub in partnership with Pembrokeshire County Council and Pembrokeshire Association of Voluntary Services.
Jayne O’Hara commented “We are delighted to be working in partnership with PAVs again this year, the winter warm packs are a simple and practical way to stay warm and well. A big thank you to everyone who has helped to make it happen”.
Each pack contains a range of items provided by Wales & West Utilities to help people keep warm during the cold winter months.
To ensure the warm packs reach those who would benefit from them the most, they are available by referral only and not self-referral.
If you would like a Winter Warm Pack, ateb customers can contact your Housing Solutions Coordinator or Independent Living Coordinator on 0800 854 568 or email [email protected]
For non ateb customers, and those aged over 60 or over, you can contact West Wales Care & Repair on 01437 766 717 or email [email protected]
If you are not an ateb customer or eligible for WWCR you’ll need a professional person supporting you to contact the Pembrokeshire Community Hub on 01437 723660 or email [email protected] to find out more.
