Join a TPAS Cymru event, training or forum

TPAS Cymru (previously known as Tenant Participation Advisory Service) has supported social housing tenants and landlords across Wales to develop effective participation in Housing for over 30 years.

As a member, ateb’s customers can take part in their training and events for free or reduced cost paid by ateb. We will publish these events on our website but keep an eye on the TPAS Cymru website for ways to get involved.

They also have Tenant Voices Cymru Forums, which provide tenants with an opportunity to engage directly with Welsh Government officials, Senedd representatives and housing sector decision makers to share their views on issues which affect them.  

Forum sessions are open to all tenants from across Wales and tenants are welcome to join all sessions or just those covering subject areas they are interested in.   Find out more.

**Remember, there are many ways you can take part:**

you can dip in & out to suit your own time boundaries in a relaxed and easy going way
you can come to things online or in person
you can choose your own methods eg WhatsApp, website, e-mail, social media, phone or post

And don’t let anything stand in your way – ateb’s aim is to break down barriers so that you can take part.

Some of the things that we know you may need help with are:

transport arrangements &/or costs
language, translation services
time
need for care / have care duties
accessibility

And just so you know…

Meeting rooms that we use are accessible.
Community events, gatherings and chat sessions are held across the year in both daytime and in the evenings.
We come out to a variety of venues across the county.
