1. Every couple of months we work with customers to identify a different ateb area for improvement; we then invite all ateb customers to complete a survey on that topic.
2. We then take all the results that appear in that survey and our Survey Planning Group, Customer Forum and ateb staff work together to create improvement actions which ateb staff then go ahead to work on and complete.
3. We’ll later write a 6-Monthly Update Report on progress made with that work, showing how your original feedback through the survey helps us make a difference to ateb services to our customers.
