From 1^st April 2024, ateb will no longer be accepting applications to join the Choice Homes housing register as we improve the process of application.

Anyone wishing to join the register will now need to apply through Pembrokeshire County Council (PCC). Visit the Choice Homes website for more information.

All existing applications will be transferred over to the Council from Monday 1^st April 2024, which means if you need to make changes to your application you’ll need to contact PCC directly.

As part of this transfer process, the Council will be reviewing all applications on the date of your application anniversary. They will contact you directly about this.

We will still allocate ateb properties in the usual way.

We can still bid on a property for you if you are unable to do this yourself.

As of 1^st March, there were 5,186 households on the Choice Homes register. You can view statistics on how many properties are advertised throughout the year, as well as the banding and registration date of successful bidders for each property by visiting the Choice Homes website and clicking the ‘New Customers’ Tab.
