Important information about direct debit problems over the Easter Holidays

We have experienced technical issues with the collection of direct debits and any that were due for collection between Friday 29th March and Friday 5th April 2024 have not been collected.

These will now be collected from Wednesday 10th April 2024, up to Monday 15th April 2024.

FAQ’s

Q: My rent is due to come out of my account by direct debit on the 30th of every month, will this affect me?

A: Yes, all direct debits between the 29th March and 5th April were affected. Your rent will now be taken between the 10th April and 15th April 2024.

 

Q: My direct debit was due on the 30th March and I can see on my bank statement it was taken on Tuesday 2nd April instead. Do I need to do anything?

A: According to our bank, all payments between these dates failed. If you think your payment has been taken (and it was due between Friday 29th March and Friday 5th April 2024) please get in touch with us.

 

Q: I’m worried I wont have enough money in my bank to pay my rent.

A: Please get in touch with us if you are worried. Your rent will still need to be paid but it is better to contact us as soon as possible.
