In Wales, all social landlords, including Housing Associations and Local Authorities, conduct a standardised tenant satisfaction survey, this is known as the STAR survey. The results are published on the Welsh Government’s website, allowing tenants to scrutinise and compare different landlord performance.

We carried out our tenant satisfaction survey from November 2023 to February 2024. The survey was emailed to all customers whose contact details were available and promoted on social media and within our teams to encourage participation. The survey received 770 responses, representing 24% of our customers.

Published Results

The Welsh Government has now published a “league table” showcasing the results from all 46 social landlords. You can view the full report here or download a copy of the results here.

Mark Lewis, our Executive Director for Customer, commented on the results:

“When compared to the sector as a whole, there are some really good results with us being placed 7th out of 46 landlords for the overall quality of our homes and 2nd out of 46 landlords for how we deal with anti-social behaviour. However, there is work for us to do to improve overall levels of satisfaction in other areas and we will continue to engage and listen to our customers on how we can improve our services.”
