Having spent the last year listening to our customers, shareholders, colleagues and partners, ateb is excited to launch its new Strategic Plan. The plan builds on previous strategies by focusing on three key strategic aims:

Aim 1: Increase Corporate Strength

Aim 2: Improve Service Delivery

Aim 3: New Business Growth

Against each aim we have identified a number of priorities that we believe we need to concentrate on over the next 3 years to enhance these aims and in turn allow us to fulfil our purpose of creating better living solutions for the people and communities of West Wales.

At the end of each financial year we intend to report on our progress against this plan and identify any areas we need to change, add or update.
