Following the recent launch of ateb stories that reported our performance last year, we have now developed a new quarterly performance report that shares leading information relating to the services we provide. Our teams use this and other data to understand how we are performing and to identify areas we need to improve. The report will be discussed with our e2i and tenant teams to gain customer insight into our service performance.
