We are seeking Minor Planned and Responsive Works contractors who are interested in working with us.

We are looking to work with contractors for the following trades:

• Roofing Repairs
• Plastering – Internal & External
• Gutter/Fascia Works
• Concrete/Brick Works
• Physical Adaptation Works/LAS Showers
• General Building & Groundworks

This new contract will commence on 1^st February 2020 and run for a period of 2 years.

The event will be hosted by key personnel from ateb who will be available to answer any questions and presentations by:

• Judith Arnold – Procurement Manager – How to Tender guide
• Lucion Environmental Services – Asbestos Awareness and working with Non-Licensed Asbestos materials.
