On the 1^st March 2018 we saw the signing of our first ateb customer.

The home was in Queen Street, Pembroke Dock and Miss Griffiths & Mr Cawley were welcomed by Kieron, one of our ateb Area Officers and Paul Dowson, the Local Councillor. The home is one of three new properties that W B Griffiths contractors have recently completed for ateb.

Cllr Dowson said “I am proud to have been a part of this morning’s handover to the new tenants and it is refreshing to see these smaller housing projects providing much needed housing stock in our town. I am also pleased to see that this development has been built and finished to a very high specification.”

The handover of this new home comes in the month we are asking all our tenants and partners about what is the right way to ‘handover’ a property to a new tenant. This is part of our new engage initiative  where we are concentrating our improvement on a few key themes every two months. Obviously we will be collecting data from the tenants in the new homes in Pembroke dock to make sure we learn where we can improve.
