• Sandy Bear- Childrens Bereavement Charity

  Sandy Bear focus on supporting children and young people who are preparing for or have been bereaved through the loss of a close family member, or other special people in their life. However, they also support parents, carers and guardians in dealing with their own grief and ways to support their children at an extremely vulnerable time.

• Pembrokeshire Youth Homelessness Team

  This team aims to support, educate, and upskill young people in order to avert homelessness. Services include Temporary supported accommodation, floating support, support to equip a new home. They provide access to The Independent Living Centre and Virtual Learning Environment.

  This project that takes a holistic approach to supporting families affected by or at risk of poverty and the associated effects. The People PWR team focus on engaging with families who have school age children with a clear aim of creating greater financial stability for households, addressing inequalities, and improving financial capability.
