How we compare to other Housing Associations…
All community landlords in Wales carry out a standardised customer satisfaction survey and provide the data to Welsh Government for publication on the Gov.wales website. This helps customers compare and scrutinise landlord performance.

Mark Lewis, Executive Director for Customer commented on our latest results:
“When compared to the sector as a whole there are some really good results with ateb being placed 7th out of 46 landlords for the overall quality of our homes and 2nd out of 46 landlords for how we deal with anti-social behaviour. However there is work for us to do to improve overall levels of satisfaction in other areas and we will continue to engage and listen to our customers on how we can improve our services”
