Our Executive Management Team consists of the Chief Executive, Executive Director for Finance and Executive Director for Customer.

Collectively this team translates the Boards strategic and corporate direction into operational delivery. Meet the team:

Nick Hampshire

Chief Executive

Nick has worked for Housing Associations for over 25 years in property development and investment roles in Wales and England before taking on this role. Nick aspires to improve and grow ateb’s services to customers through the empowerment and development of great teams supported by strong collaborations with its customers, partners and the wider communities ateb serves.

Mark Lewis

Executive Director for Customer

The majority of Mark’s career has been spent working at senior operational level in London within the statutory and voluntary sectors, leading on reducing rough sleeping in central London as Head of Homelessness until 2008 when he decided after almost 20 years in London to return home to Wales. Mark has always been committed to placing the customer at the heart of everything that he does and is passionate about delivering service excellence.

Cerys Gregory

Executive Director for Finance

Cerys joined ateb in September 2024. A chartered accountant for over 25 years, Cerys has held a number of senior roles in industry. Prior to joining ateb, she held a director role with Caredig Housing Association for five years. Cerys has extensive experience of working on transformation projects to deliver customer focussed and value for money services. Cerys firmly believes that providing access to quality affordable homes is essential to enable people to live good lives, access education and health and is at the heart of building thriving and sustainable communities. Cerys is married and mum to two daughters and Pippa, a bonkers cocker spaniel. She captains and plays for a number of rounders teams, crediting the sport with being a massive contributor to her wellbeing.

Our Senior Management Team consist of the lead managers for each of our service areas. Their role is to ensure that the ateb Service Delivery Plan is delivering the right service outcomes, efficiently with a great customer experience.
