An update from ateb Groups’ Chief Executive

Hi, in these disrupted and difficult times we would like to assure you that the ateb group will continue to provide services and seek to create new ways to support the people and communities we serve in West Wales. This year has been like no other and has tested our collective resolve but we have also heard and seen many inspiring examples of compassion and care for our neighbours and discovered innovative ways to keep doing more. ateb group has introduced a new welfare services, customer video chat booking and obviously found safe ways to keep delivering essential services such as gas servicing, within your home. It is important that we continue to stay engaged with you so that we can respond to your expectations of us whilst the disruption continues.

 

On our website you will find our new annual reports called 19/20 ateb Stories, 19/20 Corporate Review and our new Strategic Plan 20/21 to 21/22. The new ateb Stories 19/20 has some great stories from last year and is a great reminder of the difference ateb group makes and must continue to make, in this difficult time.
