We have an exciting tender opportunity for contractors to work on the iconic Haverfordwest Library site and make their mark on history.
We are looking for contractors to express their interest and complete a pre-qualifying questionnaire. The top 5 scoring contractor questionnaires will then progress to the tender stage.
The project is estimated at over 4.5 million pounds and includes significant changes such as:
- The Introduction of glazing and replacing of existing windows and roofs together with a major internal refurbishment and reconfiguration.
- Creation of an external hard surfaced carpark for circa 60 vehicles.
The intention is for the conversion to be non-fossil fuel heated, with the aim of achieving a commercial EPC A standard.
