Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (ED&I) is part of our DNA #AccessAllAreas. We know that to achieve our strategic aims of, improving our customer services, serving more people and increasing our business effectiveness we must be inclusive in everything we do.
Our Board have now approved our ED&I Delivery Plan which sets out how we plan to improve our approach to equality, diversity and inclusion and sets out the actions we will take to deliver improvements.
