We are delighted to have been shortlisted for two awards at the ASCP Safety & Compliance Awards 2021. Linzi Laugharne, Maintenance and Compliance Coordinator has been nominated for a ‘Rising Star Award’ which recognises team members for their hard work and dedication. The ASCP website describes it as “looking to reward a special individual who is making a difference in their organisation, bringing improvements for residents or working towards positive change in the industry.”
We have also been shortlisted for ‘Partnership and Collaboration of the Year’ for our work with Propeller who helped us develop a compliance dashboard (with real time data) ensuring our safety testing records are accurate and up to date.
Linzi explains how the partnership came about
“During the AGSM conference we met Propeller who gave us an overview of the system at their stand, and we were instantly impressed with how easy and uncomplicated the system appeared to be. From here on in we maintained contact and built excellent relationships, resulting in the system going live last year.
The compliance admin team are extremely complementary of the system. From generating bulk services and sending text messages or generating letters, to managing and reporting on compliance, this system has saved us so much time and effort.
Comparing how we felt before using Propeller, to now, we are literally poles apart!.”
The Awards take place at the 2021 ASCP Safety & Compliance Conference on the evening of 23rd September 2021 at Telford International Centre.
They are the only Awards dedicated to safety and compliance in the social housing and facilities management sectors.
Well done to everyone who contributed to being nominated and shortlisted. Good luck and fingers crossed!
