Called ateb stories, our review evaluates our performance and achievements of the last financial year (17/18) and suggests areas where we need to improve in subsequent years. Focusing on the three key areas of our business, our customer services, our corporate strength and our ability to grow and improve, the review uses stories from customers, colleagues and Board to expand the facts and data from the year. The last section assesses where we have improved our approach against the Welsh Government’s 10 Performance Standards and where we are looking to improve.
