ateb is a group of 4 companies with the collective purpose of creating better living solutions for the people and communities of West Wales. The Corporate Review looks at the key events from last year affecting the Group’s governance and financial performance.

As in previous years we have been able to maintain a strong financial position that allows us to continue to invest in much needed new homes and related services. There has also been a number of improvements to our legal and governance structures to ensure our Group is able to operate effectively.
