As the firebreak lockdown ends on Monday 9^th November the services listed below will be able to resume from this date.  We will continue to ensure the safety of our customers, teams and partners.

Lettings

• Viewings, lettings, transfers and mutual exchanges will restart.

Repairs

• Non-urgent repairs will restart however there may be some delay in completing these as we will be prioritising emergencies and clearing the back log of non-urgent requests.

General

• We can resume doorstep or internal visits to customer homes where necessary following our COVID-19 safety measures at all times.

Mill Bay Homes

• Viewings will restart and any show homes can reopen.
• House moves, mortgage surveys and non-urgent defect works can now take place.
