Cost of living and fuel poverty update

ateb team members have been meeting monthly to oversee and co-ordinate how we support our customers during these challenging times and deliver on the ideas co-produced with our customers at a cost of living and fuel poverty forum last October.

There has been some amazing work going on to support our customers, including;

  • 3,454 money advice and support interventions between April and Dec 2022.
  • Nobody evicted from an ateb home due to struggling to pay their rent.
  • 21 households supported financially through the ateb energy hardship fund.
  • 273 ateb households provided with home energy advice and support.
  • Christmas food and toy parcels delivered to 30 households in time for Christmas.
  • 400 winter warm packs, packed by the ateb team and volunteers from our Independent Living Schemes and delivered to households across Pembrokeshire.

This is just a snap shot of the great work taking place to support our customers every day.
