In 2022 we acquired the former Library and surrounding site in Haverfordwest.

We have started the Pre-Application Consultation process for the Construction of a Residential Development of 41 Apartments at the former Pembrokeshire Learning Centre, further details can be viewed here

The consultation represents a proposal for the construction of a single three storey building which will contain 35 one bedroom apartments and 6 two bedroom apartments.

Car Park

In the short term, following discussions with the local community we are going to provide public car parking facilities at the rear of the library site.
