What happens if I miss an appointment?

It is always best to call us in advance if you need to rearrange your appointment. Missed appointments waste time and cause delays in dealing with customers requests.

If you are not at home when we call we will leave a calling card, please contact us as soon as possible to make a new appointment. 

If your appointment relates to repairs, maintenance or servicing of appliances, it is important you rearrange this as soon as possible to ensure your home is comfortable and safe for you to live in.

In some circumstances, it may be necessary to enter your home without notice to carry out emergency repairs.
