Why do I have to pay a service charge on top of my rent?

Where we provide additional services to some of our customers, these are paid for through a service charge. Here are some examples:

  • Grounds maintenance.
  • Communal cleaning.
  • Communal lighting.
  • Servicing voice entry systems.
  • Maintaining fire alarm systems.

We work to ensure that service charges and rents are set fairly and give ‘value for money’. They are reviewed annually and you will be given two months notice of any increase.
