Gardening Competition 2024 Results

Last month, ateb Group celebrated the winners of our 2024 Gardening Competition. Customers gathered at the VC Gallery in Pennar to connect with fellow gardening enthusiasts and share stories of their gardening adventures this year. Amidst platters of sandwiches and cream teas, catered by the VC Gallery staff, lively conversations flourished, with everyone’s hard work on display for all to enjoy.

Certificates and gift vouchers were presented to the lucky winners by Mark Lewis, Executive Director for Customer. Special recognition was given to Robert H for his inventive use of materials and to Terence M for his beautiful hanging baskets. Llys Dewi took home the prize for Best Communal Garden, while Vicky and Freddy earned the Outstanding Achievement Award, atebs newest category, for their dedication and efforts in gardening.

Mark commented “It’s lovely to see so many new entries in this year’s gardening competition, with many taking home well-deserved prizes! Thank you to everyone who continues to nurture their green spaces. These outdoor areas bring joy, beauty, and a real sense of wellbeing to both the gardeners and their communities.”

David Tovey, atebs Head of Customer added “Congratulations to all who took part in this year’s competition! It’s inspiring to see the incredible outdoor spaces created not only for personal enjoyment but also for the whole community to appreciate. Keep up the fantastic work!”

If you’re considering joining next year’s competition, now is the perfect time to start planning. With leaves starting to fall, it’s a great opportunity to think about how you can create an award-winning garden with ateb!
