ateb is continually reviewing how we deliver our services to customers in response to the Prime Ministers announcement made on 23rd March 2020.

The changes will ensure that we protect both customers, the ateb team and our service delivery partners. We are concentrating our efforts on general emergency issues and essential services.

Given the restrictions and operating conditions that are currently in force, we may not be able to provide a grounds maintenance service in certain areas until it is safe again to do so again. If your area is affected, we will suspend the service charge you pay with immediate effect and reinstate the charge when we can resume normal service.
