Coffee and chat is part of our recruitment process where some of our team and customers get to know each candidate (15 minutes) and feedback to our interview panel on how that person matches our DNA.

FAQ’s

Q: How often will I be asked to take part?

A: We usually send a BCC email (Blind CC so no one will see each other’s emails) to all customers with the date of the interviews so you may have a few emails over the course of a year. However, we don’t expect customers to take part in more than three or four interviews per year and this is completely optional.

Q: What if I am unavailable?

A: No problem. Just ignore the email. 

Q: Where will I have to go?

A: Our Interviews can take place all over Pembrokeshire, but are most often in Haverfordwest, Narberth and Pembroke Dock. We also do a small amount online. We will let you know where the interviews will be held when we email everyone.

Q: Can I get reimbursed for my travel expenses?

A: Yes, we are able to pay the HMRC mileage rate or public transport costs. We can occasionally pay for taxi’s too when prearranged with us. 

Q: What if I don’t know what to say?

A: You wont be alone on the panel and our team members will come along with some pre-planned questions to fill any silent moments.

Q: What happens if I change my mind and don’t want to be involved anymore?

A: That’s no problem, just let us know and we will remove you from our email list and delete your data in line with GDPR and the Data Protection Act.

Q: Is there any training to help me?

A: All participants, including our team members have to do a short session on Interviewing do’s, don’ts and tips. There are some other training opportunities available but these are optional. We can chat to you about this when you contact us.
