We hosted an Open Day at our extra care facility De Clare Court last week, welcoming 21 potential customers through the doors.

Our Independent Living Team provided a warm welcome, along with some of our existing customers, who shared their experiences of living in our apartments.

Visitors were treated to an afternoon tea along with a tour of some of our apartments and the wider facilities.

We have a range of quality, independent living homes (10) and support services, tailored to the needs of our customers. This includes two extra care schemes which provide a 2-course lunch every day, hairdressing facilities, computer suite and social activities.

One visitor commented “this is nothing like I imagined, the flat is bigger than I thought…. and it’s nothing like a care home”.

Another said, “the place is light and welcoming, I can see myself living here”.
