Out Of Hours Emergencies

Please remember that our out of hours Emergencies Repairs service will deal only with repair issues that pose a risk to life or the structure of your home. This includes things like:

Burst pipes.
After a house fire.
Blocked drains.
No heating during autumn and winter.
Total loss of electric.
Serious storm damage.

When you need to report an emergency repair out of normal working hours, your call will be handled professionally by a company called Galw Gofal, on behalf of ateb Group.

You will still report your emergency repair in the same way by calling us on 0800 854568.

Repair Responsibilities

Our Responsibilities: Keeping your home in a good condition is a shared responsibility between yourself and ateb. By working together we can ensure that your home is maintained to the highest standard possible.

Your Responsibilities: Your rent includes payment towards the cost of most repairs but you also have some responsibilities for keeping your home maintained, such as some minor repairs.
