As a customer of ateb, you will sign an Occupation Contract which explains your responsibilities as a contract holder, and our responsibilities as your landlord. Please take the time to read this carefully!
The contract will set out a number of things such as the following:
Rent and Service charges – it will detail how much rent and other charges you will pay and how often these charges will be reviewed.
Repairs and Maintenance – it will state what repairs are your responsibility and what ateb will undertake as landlord e.g. you are generally required to change light bulbs, ateb must fix faulty light switches.
