Following a review, we have taken the decision not to reopen our Meyler House office as we have concluded the building can no longer effectively support our changing customer expectations or the way our teams are now working. 

Planning for our new home is underway as we are seeking to develop a new physical environment that brings our customers, teams and partners together in more innovative ways that embrace our desire to focus on face-to-face contacts whilst recognising the rise of new digital forms of communication. 

We will work with our customers and teams to develop this next phase for our physical presence.  

We have made suitable adjustments behind the scenes to keep our services delivering, and are still contactable over the phone, email, video call, social media and face to face appointments by arrangement.

We will update more on our next steps as our plans begin to develop and thank our customers for their patience through what has been a difficult time for all over the last few Covid affected years.
