Mutual exchanges restart

We are pleased to announce that we are now able to carry out Mutual Exchanges again following several months of disruption due to Covid-19.

For already approved cases, moves will be organised in a phased and planned way to ensure the process is managed properly and safely.

We have a backlog of cases to work through, therefore, we would ask customers who have had their Mutual Exchange approved and are waiting for a ‘move date’ or have recently applied for a mutual exchange (or plan to soon), to be patient with us as we recover this part of our service.
