My ateb account is your new and easy way to view and manage your customer account.

You can view your rent account, make payments, report repairs and update your account details direct from your computer or smartphone.

You will need to register the first time you visit, and there are some things you’ll need to provide.

• First and last name.
• Date of birth
• National insurance number

These details must match what we hold on our system and you may need to contact us if you are having trouble registering.

You will also need an email address to set up your customer login and password. Then you’re all set!
