• 18+ years of age
• From a low income household

And can say yes to one of the following statements

• I have no access or insufficient access to the internet at home
• I have no access or insufficient access to the internet when away from home
• I cannot afford my existing monthly contract or top up

Think of it like a ‘food bank’ but for internet connectivity data.
