ateb Group are delighted to announce our latest partnership with Morgan Construction Wales Ltd, for the development of 19 affordable homes for social rent at their Nant Y Dderwen scheme in Saundersfoot.

The scheme will feature a mix of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments, bungalows, and houses. These homes, developed as part of a Section 106 planning agreement and part funded through Welsh Government’s Social Housing Grant, will be built to the latest Welsh Government design standards. They will also incorporate Modern Methods of Construction, be fully electric to meet decarbonisation goals, and achieve an Energy Performance rating of ‘A,’ helping to reduce running costs for our customers.
