Last week ateb held the second of three ‘Talk to us’ conferences at the Queens Hall in Narberth. Customers were given the opportunity to meet some of our Board, Executive Management and members of the team. They were also treated to a lovely meal and lots of opportunities to have their say which is always important to us.

“Meeting face to face meant I could put names to faces and was able to communicate with the Chairman of the Board who was sat on my table” fed back one customer.

Other customers commented “I have more understanding of what improvements ateb is working towards and the set-backs they’ve faced e.g. covid.”

“It was good to highlight some faults, I feel they’ve been taken on board – if they implement items said, it will be a good job done.”

“I achieved more than I expected – I feel heard & understood.”

The ‘Talk to us’ third and final conference for this year takes place on Thursday at Haverfordwest Cricket Club, 6pm to 9.30pm and there are still some places left.
