Our Digital Support Roadshow is coming to a street near you!

ateb’s digital support roadshow returns for 2024 bringing our Community Welfare Coordinator Andrew and Dot.e to your doorstep.

Do you need help with:

Universal Credit / migration applications
Setting up your My ateb Account
Registration for Learn My Way digital training programme
General digital device support
Loaning a digital device (and some tips on how to use it)
Internet access? Andrew can support some customers with a sim card with free data

Pop along and visit Andrew and Dot.e (digital support van) at one of 16 locations across Pembrokeshire.

We are also running weekly computer clubs at our Independent Living Schemes where Andrew will be running through the Learn My Way programme. This is a great way for beginners to learn the basics such as Internet security, shopping, banking etc. If you don’t live in one of the schemes please give us a call to book your place 0800 854 568.
