We have seen a lot of changes to our Association over the last 36 years and this year will see us continuing that trend by the launch of a new name, a new website and new social media.

Our group has grown and now offers a range of diverse services for the people and communities of West Wales, the new name and look has been chosen to reflect this growth and show our ambition for the future.

Not everything has changed though, our contact details, offices and our great team are the same. We are not being taken over nor are we merging with another company. Behind the scenes, we will be looking to improve our systems so that we can continue to give you the services you need, efficiently with a great customer experience.

Importantly, all our bank account details, your log in details to ‘my account’ and your methods of rent payment, will all still work. Rent cards will be updated to the new ateb colours but old cards will continue to work. Look out for our new style vans – they have purposely been made more colourful to stand out when they are visiting your home. We thank Huw David Design for all their hard work on our new website and obviously hope you like the new look!
