• Where do you advertise your jobs?

  We advertise jobs on our website, Indeed.com, Facebook, LinkedIn, Careers Wales, Inside Housing, Housing Job Wales, CHC, and Charity PathFinders. We sometimes advertise in other places but if you follow us on Facebook and LinkedIn you will know when we are recruiting.

• Can I send a CV?

  Yes you can, however this is only for live job vacancies, you can attach your CV to your application. Tailoring your CV to the role profile increases your chances of being shortlisted. Unfortunately, we do not have the functionality for you to sign up for job alerts or send us your CV speculatively.

• How to apply for a vacancy?

  1. Visit our website vacancy page which directs you to our online application system.
  2. Each role has a recruitment pack with details about the role, the Group, benefits, and the role profile.
  3. Follow online instructions to create an application. Tailor it by sharing your personal/work experiences, motivation interests, and how you meet the role criteria.

• Where can I find out more about the job?

  Check our recruitment pack and role profile on the website for comprehensive information about the Group, role, and terms.

• Any tips on how to complete a good application?

  • Use the STAR method for writing applications.
  • Ensure you CV is up to date and relevant.
  • Keep your CV brief and tailor it to the job and avoid jargon (your CV shouldn’t be any longer than two sides of A4).

  No,  each vacancy requires a fresh application and we would recommend you tailor your application and CV to suit the role. 

• The closing date has passed, can I still apply?

  No, you won’t be able to apply once the vacancy has closed but keep an eye on our website as we may re-advertise if the position is unfilled.

• Can I make changes to a submitted application?

• Is it possible to re-apply if my previous attempt was unsuccessful?
