Typically within 3 working days after the interview by email. Check your email folders, including the junk folder.

How can I prepare for my interview?
To prepare for your interview:

Confirm the interview location and plan your travel accordingly and aim to arrive at least 5 10 minutes early

Who will be on the interview panel?
You will be interviewed by a panel typically comprising 2 to 3 individuals, including the hiring manager, who is likely to be your line-manager, a colleague associated with the position, and occasionally a representative from the People Team.
What is Coffee & Chat?
Coffee and Chat typically involves 3 individuals, including colleagues directly associated with the role and occasionally our customers, it offers a brief opportunity for candidates to discuss their skills and experiences while learning more about the role and its expectations in a less formal environment.
Why do you use assessments in your recruitment process, and what do they entail?
Assessments are used to objectively evaluate candidates and determine their suitability for specific roles. Depending on the position, assessments may involve tasks such as preparing and presenting a presentation, completing written tasks like composing letters or excel assessments.
We will let you know about the specific assessments when you receive your invitation to interview.
How many interviews will I be required to attend?
Typically, candidates can expect to attend between 1 and 2 interviews, depending on the role and its level.
What if I am unable to attend the scheduled interview date?
While we aim to provide candidates with ample notice of interview dates (we always try to put the date on the recruitment pack), if you are unable to attend, we recommend submitting an application and letting us know in advance. We will try to accommodate re-scheduling requests; however, we may not always be able to do this.
